THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS. Not many people know about this small West Village Asian Fusion establishment on Cornelia St and they should! The creative and forward thinking dishes are flavorful, hearty and full of personality! Always a fantastic meal AND at a fair price!
Try the Typhoon Lobster, Scallops with Crispy Duck Tongues and the Short Rib “dumplings”.
They gave us a double tail to make a heart shape. This dish is AMAZING! Soft warm lobster with wet egg and ground pork, curry leaves and garlic! Must try!
Crispy Duck: five spice crispy duck
Fried Squash Blossoms: yummy tempura style lightly fried squash blossoms with a pork filling.
Scallops With Crispy Duck Tongue: crispy duck tongue, cucumber and jellyfish accompany the scallops in this yummy “foodie” appetizer
Beef Short-Rib “Dumpling”: this interesting take on a deconstructed dumpling was meaty, rich and delicious. A perfectly portioned appetizer.
