Miso-Maple Salmon Head - For the house best item it fell short. Too little meat, very gelatinous but great flavors overall. If done on a hamachi collar would be a winner.

What to wear to Chez Sardine? You gotta be purposely undone with the hipster kids, but make sure its comfortable because you will be sitting at TINY tables (it is the West Village after all..)

Chez Sardine, the cool West Village foodies’ micro-restaurant with cool waiters, and a surprising asian twist to comfort hipster food.
The sushi was definitely a highlight of the meal and the textures and combinations of rough and refined ingredients showcased what a diverse view the chef has. Interesting and recommended dinner choice.
